Unicorn Digital Marketing W.L.L is committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below for eligibility and procedures.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally only available under specific conditions, as stated in individual service agreements. Refunds may apply if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed.
  • A specific project was canceled by Unicorn Digital Marketing before completion.
  • Unicorn Digital Marketing was unable to deliver the agreed scope of services.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable due to the nature of digital marketing. These include:

  • Completed advertising campaigns
  • Consultation fees
  • Any service where the client has approved the deliverables

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 14 days of the issue. Include the reason for the request, any relevant supporting documents, and the service agreement number. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Additional time may be required based on bank policies.

6. Return policy

As our services involve digital marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to your business needs, they are considered non-returnable once initiated. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and adhere to a transparent refund policy. Refunds may be granted only if explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work. Any refund request will be evaluated based on the specific agreement terms, ensuring fairness for both parties. Please note that once services are delivered or campaigns are live, refunds will not be applicable.

7.Events Refund policy

Unicorn Event Management, we strive to provide exceptional services for your events, and we kindly request you to review our refund policy. Once a quotation is approved and the client pays an advance, this amount confirms the booking of our services and resources. If the client cancels the event after making the advance payment, only 10-20% of the total advance amount will be refunded. It will be depend upon preparatory costs incurred

If the event is postponed from the scheduled date, no additional charges will be incurred, provided the new date is agreed upon and confirmed within the original booking date.
